1. Align the timeline indicated in “Google’s 4,000-Word Privacy Policy Is a Secret History of the Internet” with the "Declarations noted on page 179, Surveillance Capitalism. Roughly, when did Google make the declarations via changes in their privacy policies? For each Declaration specify what changed in the policy.

2. Describe and explain the differences between “the first text” and “the shadow text” such that you clearly articulate the form and function of each. Provide a specific example of each.

3. Provide two specific examples, not suggested in the book, that illuminate ways that the division of learning in society is privatized in unauthorized ways.
